Exhibition
A commercial exhibition for companies to display their projects, products and services will be available throughout the Conference. Space has been reserved in the Congress Venue for the exhibition. Companies and organisations interested in participation are invited to participate .

The Stalls and Studios availability and Location are on First Come First Serve Basis.
The exhibition stalls are available on first come first serve basis
GST is payable extra @ 18% on total amount
Guidelines for stall construction, forms for fascia name, exhibitor badges, entry/exit passes, directory listing, additional furniture shall be available soon

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received till 30th June 2025 50% refund of total space rental
Cancellations received on or after 1st July 2025 Full retention (no refund will be made)
Force Majeure : If the event has to be cancelled, postponed, or curtailed due to any reason beyond the Organizer's control, including but not limited to Acts of God, Force Majeure, earthquake, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, riots, civil commotion, etc., then the Organizer / Conference Manager cannot accept liability for any claims for damages and/or losses whatsoever.
