Confirmation of Registration
A registration confirmation letter will be sent to you via e-mail on receipt of the payment.Cancellation Policy
Cancellation should be made in writing (stating your name & registration no.) and send to conference@ivpa.in- Until 15 June 2025 – full refund, less 10% administrative fee will be issued
- From 16 June - 30 June 2025 – 50 % of the registration fee will be refunded
- From 1 July 2025 - no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure
In the event that the conference is cancelled, postponed, or curtailed due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control—including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, force majeure, terrorism, war, strikes, riots, civil commotion, or compliance with government orders, including those related to public health emergencies—the Organizer/Conference Manager shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses whatsoever. If the conference is postponed, any registration fees already paid will be carried forward to the next scheduled IVPA Conference.
