Accommodation has been blocked at special negotiated rate, participants can book their accommodation online. As demand for the rooms is very high in the city during Conference days, it is advisable to secure accommodation at the earliest to avoid any disappointment and inconvenience at the time of the Conference.

Important Notes
- Above room tariffs are on per room / per night basis, inclusive of buffet breakfast and excluding GST @ 18%
- Check in at the hotel is 1500hrs and Check out time is 1200 hrs. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy
- Cut off date for securing confirmed accommodation is 20th June 2025
- Incase of any increase in tax amount by the Government, the revised tax amount will be applicable and will be payable by the guest
- Rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking
- Bank Charges (if any) to be borne by the payee
Force Majeure
In the event that the conference is cancelled, postponed, or curtailed due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control - including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, force majeure, terrorism, war, strikes, riots, civil commotion, or compliance with government orders, including those related to public health emergencies - the Organizer/Co-Partner shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses whatsoever. If the conference is postponed, any registration fees already paid will be carried forward to the next scheduled IVPA Conference.
